Bhubaneswar, Sept 17: Odisha Governor Raghubar Das, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and senior leaders of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party extended their best wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 74th birthday on Tuesday.

PM Modi arrived in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday morning and inaugurated the Subhadra scheme at a grand event at Janata Maidan.
