Matric supplementary and state open school exams underway in Odisha

Matric supplementary and state open school exams underway in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, July 22: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) matriculation supplementary examination began today.

The examination will be held from July 22 to July 31, following the previously notified schedule from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Students can download their admit cards from the official BSE website, www.bseodisha.ac.in.

The matric supplementary exam will take place at 83 centers statewide, accommodating 972 students. Additionally, the State Open School Certificate examination will be conducted at 121 centers, catering to a larger group of 24,520 students.

For any queries or information regarding the examination, students can contact Board of Secondary Education officials at 0671-2415305.

In this year’s matric examination, 5,41,061 students appeared for the exam, with an impressive 5,30,153 students passing. Notably, girls outperformed boys with a pass rate of 96.73% compared to 95.39% for boys, demonstrating a slight yet significant edge in academic performance.
