BJP National President Nitin Nabin holds key meetings in Odisha, stresses strong organisation and governance
Bhubaneswar, May 18: Nitin Nabin held a series of important meetings with senior BJP leaders and office-bearers during his first visit to Odisha after assuming charge as the party’s national president.
A crucial Core Committee meeting was organised at the BJP State Headquarters in Bhubaneswar, where several top leaders of the party and the state government were present. Among those who attended the meeting were Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, State BJP President Manmohan Samal, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, BJP National Vice-President Baijayant Panda, Odisha BJP In-Charge Vijaypal Singh Tomar and Co-In-Charge Lata Usendi.
Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, along with senior leaders including Suresh Pujari, Pratap Sarangi, Sambit Patra and State Organisation Secretary Manas Kumar Mohanty, also participated in the discussions.
During the meeting, Nitin Nabin emphasised strengthening the party organisation and ensuring good governance. He presented a roadmap for achieving the vision of a “Developed Odisha by 2036” and urged party leaders and ministers to work more effectively at the grassroots level so that government schemes and welfare benefits reach people with greater transparency and efficiency.
