Director Jitu Raut seeks high-level probe into singer Humane Sagar’s death
Bhubaneswar, Nov 26: Film director Jitu Raut has filed a formal complaint at the Madhupatna police station in Cuttack, demanding a detailed investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of popular Odia singer Humane Sagar. Raut arrived at the police station along with several other artists, expressing serious concerns and seeking justice for the late singer.
According to reports, Raut has named three associates of Humane Sagar in his complaint, urging the police to examine their possible role in the incident. In the FIR, he specifically mentioned Humane’s manager Prasant and another team member Dinesh, calling for a high-level inquiry into the financial transactions and medical treatment linked to the singer before his death.
Raut alleged that Humane’s manager and team members acted in their own personal interests rather than in the singer’s welfare. He claimed that there had been misuse and misappropriation of the singer’s earnings, suggesting large-scale financial irregularities. According to him, the team may have taken advantage of the singer’s fame and income for their own benefit.
The complaint has brought new attention to the case, prompting demands for a transparent investigation to uncover the truth behind the beloved singer’s untimely demise.
