Ollywood singer Humane Sagar on ventilator support as health condition worsens
Bhubaneswar, Nov 15: Renowned Ollywood playback singer Humane Sagar, known for his soulful voice and musical versatility, has been placed on ventilator support at AIIMS Bhubaneswar following a serious deterioration in his health. He was shifted to the premier hospital on Friday after his condition worsened during treatment at Ashwini Hospital in Cuttack.
According to the latest medical bulletin issued by AIIMS, Sagar’s condition remains critical and unstable. A dedicated team of senior intensivists and specialists is continuously monitoring him, providing round-the-clock life-saving care. Hospital authorities have assured that all necessary interventions are being undertaken to stabilize his vitals and support his organ functions.
Sagar has been battling multiple severe health complications, including kidney failure, liver-related issues, and pneumonia, which collectively contributed to his rapid decline. His family, fans, and the Odia film fraternity remain deeply concerned as they await further updates on his recovery.
Humane Sagar rose to fame after winning the second season of ‘Voice of Odisha’ in 2012. His breakthrough came with the title track of the 2015 film “Ishq Tu Hi Tu”, composed by Abhijit Majumdar, which cemented his position as one of the most celebrated voices in the Odia music industry.
