Naveen Patnaik calls out opposition lies, encourages BJD backing in Rourkela rally

Bhubaneswar, May 15: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik addressed a public meeting in Rourkela, Sundargarh district, targeting the opposition while rallying support for his party.
Accusing the opposition of spreading lies and shedding crocodile tears, Patnaik appealed to BJD supporters to vote for the party without placing trust in the opposition. He assured the public that if BJD is re-elected, they would not receive electricity bills for the month of July.
Highlighting various welfare schemes like BSKY, Mission Shakti Yojana, Mamata Yojana, Laxmi Bus, and Kalia Yojana, Patnaik questioned, "Are these initiatives not beneficial?" He urged BJD supporters to secure victory by voting for the party twice, symbolized by the conch mark.
Speaking at the meeting, Karthik Pandian praised the Chief Minister for propelling Rourkela towards development and promised the creation of a new Rourkela under Naveen's leadership. Pandian criticized the opposition for making false promises during elections and then disappearing afterward, likening them to tourists. He assured the public that the Chief Minister stands steadfastly with them.
