Officially launched by the Forest and Environment Minister, Pradeep Amat, this innovative system eliminates the need for visitors to endure long queues at the zoo's ticket counter.

Under this new system, visitors can easily purchase their entry tickets to the zoological park directly from their mobile devices. To access this service, individuals can reach out to the zoo via WhatsApp at the number 7871844856.

Tickets can be reserved via WhatsApp in three different languages, and they will be valid for a single day. To book their zoo entry ticket, visitors can simply scan a QR code or send a message to the provided phone number.

This development signifies a pioneering move in the country as it's the first time a WhatsApp-based ticket booking system has been implemented for any zoo, making the Nandankanan Zoo experience even more accessible and user-friendly for all.
