Odisha BJP Government marks 100 days: Deputy CM highlights key achievements

Bhubaneswar, Sept 19: As the BJP government marked 100 days in power, Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida praised the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Majhi and the government's achievements in delivering on its pre-election promises.
At a state-level event in Puri to celebrate the milestone, Parida highlighted the government's dedication to transparency and accountability. She proudly noted, “The BJP government has shown its commitment to Odisha’s progress by fulfilling key promises from the manifesto. The Majhi government successfully opened the four doors of the Jagannath Temple and unlocked the long-closed Ratna Bhandar. Importantly, we launched the Subhadra Yojana, a significant welfare scheme for women’s empowerment.”
Parida also emphasized ongoing efforts, stating that while some promises have been fulfilled, others will be addressed soon, underlining the government’s continuous focus on development.
She added, “A corpus of ₹500 crore has been formed for the Jagannath temple’s needs, and a ₹200 crore fund has been approved to promote the Odia language, culture, and heritage. The BJP government, led by Mohan Charan Majhi, is committed to connecting directly with the people and ensuring that every corner of the state is heard and supported.”
